What would be the best egg replacement in this recipe to make it vegan AND keep the right texture & taste?? I love your hazelnut spread, so this really intrigues me. I want to make these asap. 🙂
Hi Tracy,
One of our employees recently made this recipe by making chia eggs with our Organic Ground Chia + water, and the texture turned out great. The chia egg substitute is listed here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BcdjGr0jMg0/?taken-by=nutiva Good luck and have fun experimenting!
