Chocolate Breakfast Bars

A delectable and filling chocolate breakfast bar with a touch of coconut and the texture of a brownie, made with Nutiva Organic Coconut products.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk together first nine ingredients (through the chocolate chips) in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla, coconut manna, and coconut oil together.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well.
  5. Place in a greased 13″x9″ pan. Press into corners.
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let cool and cut into bars.

      Hi Keith – We have not tried to freeze them, but would gather that yes they do freeze well. Give it a try with a few, and go from there!
