Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie

I always loved smoothies but felt guilty drinking them knowing they were usually calorie bombs that would leave me hungry five minutes later. This smoothie is designed to be a healthy meal with staying power. It is packed with fruits, veggies, healthy fats, and plenty of protein. And the best part is it tastes like candy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Organic Chia Seed
  • 2 tbsp Organic Hemp Protein
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 cups spinach (washed)
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 handful Ice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients until the mixture has reached a nice, smoothie-like consistency.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. **If not done in a powerful blender you may need to layer the heavier ingredients and mix them with the water first, before blending in the rest of the ingredients.
