You will need a banana, 1/2 c. blueberries, 1 c. milk of choice and 1 scoop of the Vanilla Organic Plant Protein Superfood 30 shake.

You could, of course, add other fruits, vegetables and other miscellaneous ingredients to your smoothie, but really, with 30 superfoods already packed into one glass, you don’t need to.

    I’m curious about this recipe because the Nutiva directions on the container state, “Shake in 8 oz of water or non-dairy beverage.” Yet this recipe calls for milk.
