Today I’m crushing my outta control chocolate fiend-ing with my super fudgy MEXICAN CHOCOLATE BLISS/FAT/ENERGY BALLS. doooo itttttt!? 1 cup almonds 1/4 cup @navitasorganics cacao nibs 1/2 cup @navitasorganics cacao powder 2 tbsp @furtherfood collagen (use code SUNNYSIDEGREENS10 at checkout) 1 tbsp nut or seed paste (I used tahini and highly recommend) 1 tbsp @nutiva coconut butter 1 tbsp nut milk A few drops stevia, a few dates, coconut or maple syrup etc. 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinammon Dash or more(!) cayenne pepper Blend it all together, add another tbsp of nut milk if necessary. Blend for about 3 minutes until firm but smooth and fudgy. Roll into bowls and em up in some coating if you want. Store in fridge or freezer. If you’re vegan just leave out the collagen ? #sunnysidegreens #realfood #cleaneats

Add in the rest of the ingredients, including the remaining cup of coconut (I like a little extra texture) and pulse until incorporated. Chill in the fridge (or freezer if you’re in a hurry) to help it firm up. Once you can handle it, scoop and roll into balls. Place back in the fridge/freezer until ready to coat. Magicacao shell: 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted) 3/4 cup raw cacao 1/2 tbsp lacuma 1/2 tbsp maca Sweetener to taste (optional) Add ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine. Dip coconut balls in to coat or drizzle mixture on top. Chill to set and store in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer, or load in a mug and share with your loved ones immediately ♥
