Banana Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

A nutritious treat made with Nutiva Chia Seed and the goodness of bananas.


  • 2 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 5 tbsp Organic Chia Seed
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • dash Cinnamon
  • dash Sea Salt


  1. Blend coconut milk with maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Slowly stir in or use low speed on blender to add chia seeds. Let sit for 10 mins. and continue to stir. Repeat.
  3. Pour into small bowls and add slices of banana to each.
  4. Refrigerate and let set overnight.
  5. Enjoy plain or add sliced fruit, cacao nibs or sprinkle with additional cinnamon.

    Do you mean canned coconut milk, or coconut milk you would find in the refrigerated aisle by other non dairy milks like almond or soy?
