Arame Seaweed Salad
This delicious seaweed, hempseed and coconut salad makes a great pate or spread that lasts for days. Season with tamari, sea salt, and dried herbs.
Ingredients
- 3 parts Seaweed
- 1 part Organic Coconut Manna
- 1 part Organic Shelled Hempseed
- 1/4 part Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Start with a good sized serving bowl to prepare the salad.
- Soak Arame seaweed for 5 minutes, and drain water.
- Melt the Coconut Manna and add to seaweed along with the Hempseed and lemon juice and stir until creamy.
- Season with Tamari, Celtic Sea Salt, Pepper and or Dried Herbs.
