Arame Seaweed Salad

This delicious seaweed, hempseed and coconut salad makes a great pate or spread that lasts for days. Season with tamari, sea salt, and dried herbs.



  1. Start with a good sized serving bowl to prepare the salad.
  2. Soak Arame seaweed for 5 minutes, and drain water.
  3. Melt the Coconut Manna and add to seaweed along with the Hempseed and lemon juice and stir until creamy.
  4. Season with Tamari, Celtic Sea Salt, Pepper and or Dried Herbs.
