    Hi Sarah,
I have celiacs disease and started cooking with the Nutiva Coconut Oil. Is the coconut oil also GF.
    Thanks! Marlina

    1. Nutiva Team Nutiva says:

Hi Marlina! Yes, the coconut oil is gluten free. It is not, however, certified gluten free since wheat products are produced in the same facility.

  2. Emil Caruthers says:

Is there any chance that any seafood items or fish products are processed in the same facility? We have severe reactions to iodine and iodine derivatives in any food product, and thus the concern about iodine related compounds.

    1. Nutiva Team Nutiva says:

      Hi Emil,
For our Organic Virgin and Organic Refined Coconut Oils the following items are present in the same
      manufacturing facility:
      • Peanut products (unrefined oil)*
      • Tree Nuts (unrefined oils: coconut, almond, walnut)
      • Dairy products (milk powder)
      • Soybean products (unrefined oil)
      • Egg
      • Wheat (flour products)
      We hope this helps!
