½ cup Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna
½ tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
Himalayan salt, tiny pinch
1. Line a mini muffin pan with mini muffin liners.
2. In a small bowl, soften, but don’t completely melt, the coconut manna.
3. Add the maple syrup, coconut oil, and Himalayan salt.
4. Stir until a smooth consistency is reached.
5. Pour into the liners, about halfway full.
6. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
7. Remove from liners, and enjoy!
